PURPOSE: To support DeKalb High School graduates with a “service beyond self” orientation demonstrated during their high school career.

CRITERIA: Graduated from DeKalb High School in either the past Fall or current Spring semester. Has a history of service orientation.

TERMS: Covers All-In Tuition. Good for semester awarded only.
