PURPOSE: To support Rochelle Township High School graduates attending Kishwaukee College.
CRITERIA: Rochelle High School graduate. Applicants must submit an essay describing their service above self to school and community.
TERMS: Covers All-In Tuition. Good for semester awarded only.
