Vernon & Dorothy Smith Memorial Scholarship

Life long and respected citizens of Rochelle, Vernon & Dorothy Smith dedicated their lives to helping others. The Smiths were community leaders who exerted a positive influence on the greater Rochelle area. Vernon was instrumental in the founding of Kishwaukee College, where he served as a trustee from 1977-1979. Today, graduates from the Rochelle Township High School continue to benefit from their kindness through a scholarship made possible by loving family & friends.
