Sue Ann Maki Memorial Scholarship

Sue Ann Maki began her beloved career as a Frontier Nurse in the Appalachian Mountains. Later she displayed that love by assisting in ground breaking kidney transplants at the University of Colorado. Her 40 year nursing career is a testament of her dedication to the idea of excellence in nursing. This memorial scholarship was established by her friends and family so that others may have the opportunity to follow in her footsteps as they continue their own noble pursuit of nursing excellence.
